UPDATE! $50 CLEANING FEE!

A $50 Cleaning fee will be charged if you leave hair trimmings in the cold plunge from a hair cut or dirty the water from having on too much lotion or oil- As a courtesy to others, please come showered and free of lotions, oils, and hair trimmings from a fresh hair cut. If you just had a hair cut, please shower off before you come. If you just had a massage or have oil or lotion on your body, please shower off before you come to avoid the $50 fee.

March 2025 UPDATE: Both the Irvine and Costa Mesa locations do not have a shower on site. We do provide towels and each room is a private room for you to enjoy.

Can I use my packages or membership at both locations?

No. Each location is specific to its own memberships and packages.

Bring a friend/ add a guest fee

You can pay online to add a guest to your session for $15 or pay in the studio when you arrive.

Is there a No-Show or Cancellation Fee?

MEMBERSHIPS: YES. $25 No Show Fee. If you have a membership and you schedule an appointment and No Show without any communication, you will be charged $25 on your next visit. Notification required at least 2 hours in advance if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment.

PACKAGES & SINGLE SESSIONS: If you schedule a single visit or package session and do not show then that visit is considered used and no refunds. Please let us know at least 2 hours in advance if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. I need to reschedule my session.

MEMBERSHIPS: Reschedule through your confirmation email or text (949)288-3038, or call the studio you booked and let the front desk know.

SINGLE SESSIONS: If you book a single session of any kind (non package) Please go to your email confirmation and RESCHEDULE appointment, DO NOT CANCEL because the system will force you to pay for a new session. Do you provide towels?

Yes, we provide a towels in your private room.

What type of Sauna and Cold Plunge?

Infrared Saunas: Clearlight Sanctuary Infrared Saunas

  • Saunas Operates around 140-160F

  • Our infrared saunas are large enough to fit 3-4 people inside

  • Recommended time frames for using the infrared sauna are on average 57 minutes per week or 15-25 minutes per session. Any health concerns should be consulted with a medical professional before using an infrared sauna.

Cold Plunges: Plunge cold plunges

  • Cold Plunge Operates around 37-45F

  • Recommended time frames for using the cold plunge are on average 11 minutes per week or 1-3 minutes per session. Any health concerns should be consulted with a medical professional before using a Cold Plunge.
